Fernando Watty was born and raised in Mexico, with more than 10 years of experience in the music industry. He developed a strong relationship with international artists as head of hospitality for festivals as Ceremonia, Mono Club and Rhodesia Social Club. Along the years he also represented national artists and made a statement as one of the youngest agents in Mexico at 23 years old. In 2017 Watty started his own touring and talent buying agency, bringing on-board international acts to represent directly in Mexico while maintaining transparency between brands, talent and their teams.
Watty’s goal has been rooted in making the Mexican music business clear and trustworthy for all of not just his, but the industry’s partners. Through independently representing some of the world’s most exciting new artists, he has proved that the touring + branding worlds can be worked in a different, effective way.
Sandra Pulido was born and raised in Mexico City, she studied graphic design but always found her connection with music. She came into the scene by promoting local shows and writing for some media outlets such as Cassette Blog and Indie Rocks Magazine. Now, with more than 12 years in the music industry and experience across DSPs, radio, press campaigns, music marketing, management and more in Mexico and LatAm, she has worked with a slew of artists from both Mexico and around the world (USA, Australia, Canada and more) while also has worked on site with her artists in great venues like Plaza Condesa, Pepsi Center, Palacio de los Deportes and more and such respected festivals as Corona Capital CDMX and Guadalajara, Vive Latino, Pa'l Norte Monterrey, EDC and others. In 2025, she completed 8 years as Label Manager at the independent label Arts & Crafts México.

A Mexico City native, Gonzalo Latapi started making music at 17 years old before going on to study audio engineering at the much respected SAE Mexico university. Since then he has had the chance to work as recording assistant at Studio 13 working alongside critically acclaimed projects as Reik, and AQUHAYAQUIHAY. As an independent engineer he’s also had the chance to work front of house for Taylor Diaz, zahorí, recorded live sessions for the experimental jazz band T‘orus, and worked in sound design for Amanita, a stop motion short-film set to premiere in 2023 at Festival de Cine de Morelia.

Born in Cancún, where Monserrat Rangel began her musical training at the age of 8, initially focusing on guitar, she is currently based in Mexico City, where she earned a degree in Music Self-Management and Performance from Rec Música Centro de Estudios Musicales, a Berklee Global Partner.
A songwriter and artist, she is currently developing her own musical project. In addition to her experience in music marketing with independent artists, she is the co-founder of a women-led music collective aimed at increasing female representation in the industry.
Monserrat Rangel is currently a Press Assistant at MOVIDA MÚSICA.
Born and raised in Mexico City, Ilse Jimenéz graduated with a degree in Communication before beginning her career as an influencer manager, while overseeing the creation of music campaigns with the three largest record labels in Mexico, with a focus in supporting the beginnings of new musical talents. She lived in Sao Paulo, BR for a period, and as such she speaks three languages (Spanish, Portuguese, and English) fluently. Excited by music and the culture surrounding it, Ilse is currently an assistant on the booking & live event side of MOVIDA MÚSICA.
