Fernando Watty was born and raised in Mexico, with more than 10 years of experience in the music industry. He developed a strong relationship with international artists as head of hospitality for festivals as Ceremonia, Mono Club and Rhodesia Social Club. Along the years he also represented national artists and made a statement as one of the youngest agents in Mexico at 23 years old. In 2017 Watty started his own touring and talent buying agency, bringing on-board international acts to represent directly in Mexico while maintaining transparency between brands, talent and their teams.

Watty’s goal has been rooted in making the Mexican music business clear and trustworthy for all of not just his, but the industry’s partners. Through independently representing some of the world’s most exciting new artists, he has proved that the touring + branding worlds can be worked in a different, effective way.



Sandra Pulido was born and raised in Mexico City, growing up with creativity everywhere in her life. She studied graphic design but always found her connection with music. Finding her friends amongst the music industry, she came into the scene rst by promoting local shows, and writing for important media like Cassette Blog and Indie Rocks!. Now, with more than 8 years in the music industry and experience across DSPs, radio, press campaigns and more in Mexico and LatAm, she has worked with a slew of artists from both Mexico and around the world (USA, Australia, Berlin, Ecuador, Canada) while also doing promotions for festivals like Festival Aural and NRMAL. While working with artists, she has worked on site with her artists in great venues like Plaza Condesa and such respected festivals as Corona Capital, Vive Latino, Festival Catrina.. 



Mariajosé Avilez was born and raised in Lima, Perú. She grew up surrounded by music with both herself and her family made up of musicians and artists. In 2015, she moved to Mexico City to study Music Production and went to Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA to complete two summer programs. In 2017, she wrote the original score for a short film of New York Film Academy, worked in a recording studio “Fonobox” as a recording enginner assistant, and recorded voices for a song from HA*ASH. In 2018, she started working in the music industry at Sony Music México, first as Radio & Promotions intern, then was promoted to TV and Press assistant where she was in charge of the press campaigns of relevant artists such as Rosalía, Reyli Barba, Camilo, Ricardo Montaner, Mau & Ricky, Soda Stéreo, among others. From September 2019 to April 2022, she worked in the International Marketing área with the Label Managers, who were in charge of the local marketing plans of artists such as Adele, Miley Cyrus, Ozzy Osbourne, The Strokes, Foo Fighters, among others. She is currently studying a diploma in Marketing at Anahuac University.

Sofía is an audio engineer specialized on music business, project management and production. Growing up on Mexico City, always chasing for new music and talent, she started her early career as a production and direction assistant for two years for MUTEK MX. Having to work with big talents like Apparat, Circle of Live (Sebastian Mullaert, Amê, Matthew Jonson and Dorisburg), Deena Abdelwahed, Overmono and many more. After that, she has specialized herself in music and digital marketing for many big projects such as Emmanuel, Gian Marco, Margarita la Diosa de la Cumbia and so on. Sofía has also demonstrated her ability to work outside the box while working at an advertising agency as an audio producer for many world renowned brands. Now, she is dedicated to strategize the release of albums and singles for MOVIDA MÚSICA’s artists and social media.

With a background in managing the up-rising of artists in the Latin music space, including current clients Daniel Noah Miller (Lewis del Mar) and Sinego, Gabriel has also worked alongside respected Dominican producer & artist Diego Raposo on the release of his music with artists like Sango, Danny Ocean. Gabriel saw his management career start with Gus, the Venezuelan alternative pop artist praised by Rosalía, Mau y Ricky, and Sebastian Yatra.  With Gus he partnered with Warner Chappell while working on the release of his debut album “Veran, Por Siempre” which has garnered over 15M streams on Spotify and led him to tour as a support act for renowned Mexican alt-rock band Little Jesus on their 2021 North American tour. Interested in the intersection of music and technology, as well as the importance that data lends in the decision-making for artists of all sizes. Gabriel is working with MOVIDA MÚSICA and our artists in an A&R role.

Born and raised in Mexico City, Ilse Jimenéz graduated with a degree in Communication before beginning her career as an influencer manager, while overseeing the creation of music campaigns with the three largest record labels in Mexico, with a focus in supporting the beginnings of new musical talents. She lived in Sao Paulo, BR for a period, and as such she speaks three languages (Spanish, Portuguese, and English) fluently. Excited by music and the culture surrounding it, Ilse is currently an assistant on the booking & live event side of MOVIDA MÚSICA.

A Mexico City native, Gonzalo Latapi started making music at 17 years old before going on to study audio engineering at the much respected SAE Mexico university.  Since then he has had the chance to work as recording assistant at Studio 13 working alongside critically acclaimed projects as Reik, and AQUHAYAQUIHAY.  As an independent engineer he’s also had the chance to work front of house for Taylor Diaz, zahorí, recorded live sessions for the experimental jazz band T‘orus, and worked in sound design for  Amanita, a stop motion short-film set to premiere in 2023 at Festival de Cine de Morelia.  Gonzalo is currently a label assistant at MOVIDA MÚSICA.
